Hello Everyone!
I’m Aurora Corong and I’m a first
year college student studying in the school of Multimedia Arts (SOMA). Currently
our third term or we call it English Term has started. I’m excited and a little
anxious of what’s ahead but I know that I’ll get through this. We’ve already met
all our professors and I’m pretty curious of how they’ll handle and teach us.
But Aside from all this subject related stuffs I’m excited about our SOMA Week.
Anyways, let’s get started on getting to know me.
To be honest, I have a lot of personality
and I’ll show those depending on our status of relationship. I’m an introvert;
I only open up when I get comfortable with the person. I mostly become
talkative when I’m with my parents or with my closest friends. Usually I could
spend a long time not talking to anyone especially if the environment is new to
me but if it’s an event or something that needs to engage with other people I’d
try to talk... a little but you’ll have to wait for me to get comfortable and
if that happens promise you I’d never stop talking especially when we have the
same interests. I can easily make friends as well and it surprises me how I
approach people, it’s like someone pushes me to talk and start a conversation.
I guess when I really need someone to talk to I would but not to any strangers.
What I mean is I’d find someone in a certain situations, events or maybe school
that I could approach to talk to.
If you’re to ask me what’s my top
interest is, I would have to say music is my top one on my lists of interests.
Why? Well, the number one reason is my family loves it, so I grew listening to
music it may be classical, acoustic, worship song, or maybe something old.
Maybe that’s the reason why I’m very open minded in terms of music because I
love searching and finding out music whether that’s Tagalog, English or music
from other languages specifically Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese. I
love music that has great melodies, rhythms, and most especially the message of
the song. I also love songs that makes me want to get up and dance! Yeah, I
love those kinds of stuffs. And because of this interest I have passion for
composing songs or writing poetry or story anything that’s literature but not
history maybe know a little or I’d only get interested in history if it catches
my attention. I have weird mind sometimes, but I like it that way.
So, that’s me, I’m very simple but have
that splash of colours. I do hope with this little self introduction you are
able to find out something about me. Always remember the person who truly knows
yourself is yourself but mostly God.
